Brief & approach

Vodafone was undergoing a significant and sensitive operating-model transformation and sought consulting support to manage internal comms throughout this change. 

I worked with our creative director and team of consultants to craft a strategic messaging framework, comprehensive communication plan and emergency comms plan (incase of a breach). 

The project also involved interviewing Vodafone stakeholders to build an accurate RACI, significant cross-collaboration, and working with the creative team to ensure messaging was aligned to visuals.
