Brief
To lead brand governance and design delivery for the EU region, acting as the central point of accountability for design excellence and brand integrity of all external assets, across multiple markets.
My approach
I led art direction, strategic review and sign-off of all external agency-produced assets, across flagship campaigns and event. This included guiding agencies on brand application during the global rollout of TikTok’s brand refresh. Vital to that, I defined where the brand could flex creatively, and where consistency was critical.
The scope of design delivery spanned multi-channel outputs including digital reports, animated campaign assets and social content. I managed tight-deadline briefs between a team of two, later working independently, and collaborated with internal marketing leads, copywriters and events teams.
